Located a walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining as a SOC & SIEM Security Engineer / Cyber Operations Specialist, leading the architecture, build-out, and continuous monitoring of corporate SIEM/SOC operations.
• Authoring, tuning, and optimizing correlation rules, detection logic, and incident response playbooks for real-time cyber threat mitigation.
• Conducting hands-on security controls, vulnerability assessments, and managing Incident Response (IR) lifecycles across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Designing and executing technical architecture documentation (HLD / LLD) for cyber defense capabilities and enterprise security tools.
• Overseeing and operating complex cyber defense solutions, including DLP, WAF, Identity & Access Management (IDM / IAM), and Vulnerability Assessment (VA) tools.
• Ensuring compliance with financial security regulations, governance standards, and data protection policies across multi-platform networks.

Requirements-

• 2 years of hands-on experience with SIEM monitoring platforms and detection rule authoring – Mandatory
• 2 years of experience operating enterprise Cyber Defense & Security Operations platforms – Mandatory
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) security practices – Mandatory
• Proven background working in a Mid-to-Large scale enterprise organization – Mandatory
• Deep technical knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows / Linux), Networking Protocols, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and modern Authentication Mechanisms – Mandatory
• Proven experience authoring technical security architecture documents (HLD / LLD) – Mandatory
• In-depth expertise in security solutions: DLP, WAF, Identity & Access Management (IDM), Vulnerability Management (VA) – Mandatory
