AI Product Manager

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining as the First Product Manager (Founding PM / Lead Product Manager), taking full ownership of the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Driving product discovery, PRD definition, and UX/UI workflows, transforming generative AI capabilities into engaging, interactive B2B/B2B2C user experiences.
• Utilizing modern AI tools and frameworks to accelerate product research, feature design, and automated content generation workflows.
• Collaborating directly with founders, R&D engineers, and enterprise clients to define and deliver high-impact product releases.
• Establishing core product processes, telemetry, and feedback loops in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Product Management – Mandatory
• Proven track record in B2B or B2B2C SaaS products – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience defining or integrating AI / Generative AI tools and capabilities into products – Mandatory
• Proven background working in agile, fast-paced Startup environments – Mandatory
• Strong skills in product discovery, wireframing, UX concepts, and customer-facing product execution – Mandatory
• Technical background or close collaboration with R&D engineering teams – Advantage
