Embedded Software Engineer

A global SpaceTech leader providing satellite intelligence and GeoImpact solutions. The company automates satellite operations and delivers space-based intelligence powered by automated collection frameworks, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and AI analytics.

The company employs approximately 150 professionals across its engineering and operational divisions.

Located in central Israel, operating on a flexible corporate work model.

Role Description

• Joining the core Space & Satellite Embedded team, developing software components for satellite systems and edge devices.
• Hands-on development in C, C++, and Python for Embedded Linux systems and custom hardware targets.
• Designing, integrating, and maintaining user-space applications and system-level software for complex embedded targets.
• Implementing and optimizing automated CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and embedded testing frameworks (build, test, package, deploy).

Requirements-

• 3+ years of hands-on Embedded Software Development experience in C, C++, and/or Python – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in Embedded Linux development (User-space & system integration) – Mandatory
• Proven experience building software systems for embedded hardware targets – Mandatory
• Practical experience establishing or working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for embedded software – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background – Mandatory
