The organization maintains a high-caliber team of around 30 professionals, fostering a highly stable, agile, and technology-driven work environment.

Located in the Sharon region, operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Solo IT & Systems Specialist (One-Person Show), reporting directly to the Head of R&D and collaborating closely with the DevOps team.
• Taking full ownership of corporate IT support, user onboarding/offboarding, and hardware procurement across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Managing IT infrastructure, remote access solutions (VPNs), and network connectivity for local and remote employees.
• Overseeing Data Center administration, infrastructure scaling, and GPU cluster expansions to support AI/Data workloads.
• Implementing and enforcing corporate Security procedures, access controls, and system maintenance protocols.

Requirements-

• 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Systems Administration / IT Support – Mandatory
• Proven background as an IT Helpdesk Engineer / System Administrator – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems – Mandatory
• Strong foundational knowledge of Networking fundamentals (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs) – Mandatory
• Hands-on understanding of Information Security practices, identity management, and endpoint security – Mandatory
• Experience with Data Center management, Cloud infrastructure, or GPU hardware acceleration environments – Advantage
