Located in the Sharon region operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) Product Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Product, taking full ownership of AI & Data-driven product lines.
• Managing the complete product lifecycle (Inbound & Outbound): from continuous customer discovery and market research to PRD definition, wireframing, feature launch, and success metrics tracking.
• Partnering deeply with Data Science and R&D teams to design, evaluate, and ship production-grade AI/ML capabilities and autonomous workflows.
• Conducting hands-on data analysis (SQL, product analytics, A/B testing) to derive actionable product insights and optimize user engagement pathways.
• Leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate user research, rapid prototyping, and product design processes.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Product Management – Mandatory
• Technical foundation / background in Software Development (e.g., former Software Engineer) – Mandatory
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS product management exclusively – Mandatory
• Strong, hands-on track record in shipping AI/ML product features (not just using AI tools) – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in Data Analytics (SQL, product instrumentation, A/B testing, close collaboration with Data Science) – Mandatory
• 100% Hands-on Product Manager mindset (focusing on product execution rather than people management) – Mandatory
• Strong skills in Wireframing, Prototyping, UX concepts, and Customer Discovery (Inbound + Outbound) – Mandatory
