DevOps Team Lead

A market-leading, publicly traded global Cloud Networking & Cybersecurity enterprise. The company develops high-scale, cloud-native platforms bridging Edge-to-Cloud environments to help enterprise organizations securely manage, analyze, and protect their data and applications globally.

The primary Israeli site drives the architecture and development of an enterprise Cloud Security solution powered by Zero Trust architecture and cloud-native frameworks, redefining modern enterprise remote access.

The company employs tens of thousands of professionals worldwide, with around 400 driving its core site in Israel.

Currently located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the light rail, operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining as DevOps & Platform Engineering Team Lead, managing a core team of 7–8 engineers (20% Hands-on), reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
• Taking ownership of designing, building, and optimizing multi-cloud infrastructure for a massive-scale Cybersecurity SaaS platform in Production.
• Leading multi-cloud architecture and complex cloud networking across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) execution and container orchestration using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Solving high-scale infrastructure, resiliency, and low-latency challenges where cloud infrastructure serves as the foundational core of the cyber product.

Requirements-

• 3 years of direct managerial experience leading DevOps / Infrastructure / Platform Engineering teams – Mandatory
• 6 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Mandatory
• Proven experience architecting and managing production environments in Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized microservices at scale – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and complex Cloud Networking – Mandatory
• Background in Cyber Security platforms, SaaS infrastructure, or zero-trust multi-cloud architectures – Advantage
