Redler Technologies is an established technology company specializing in advanced motion control and smart power management systems. We develop and manufacture motor controllers, power management systems, and intelligent circuit protection solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the defense and industrial markets.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the company’s strategic projects from the pre-sales stage through final delivery.

This is a key management position with full responsibility for meeting customer requirements, schedules, quality objectives, and budget targets. The role includes leading internal and external stakeholders, managing commercial relationships with customers and suppliers, and driving all project participants toward successful execution.

The Senior Project Manager will be a member of the company’s management team and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from the pre-sales and order stages through final delivery

• Take full responsibility for project quality, costs, schedules, deliverables, and customer satisfaction

• Manage commercial and business relationships with customers in Israel and international markets throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead project activities involving development, prototypes, qualification, NPI, and the transition from development to production

• Manage and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure material availability, quality, and on-time delivery

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, R&D, production, procurement, quality, operations, and supply chain teams

• Build and manage project plans, tasks, milestones, resources, budgets, and performance indicators

• Identify project risks, remove obstacles, and implement mitigation plans

• Present project status and recommendations to company management

• Support management decision-making processes

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize organizational project management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects in an electronics manufacturing company

• Proven experience defining and leading customer opportunities and projects in the defense and commercial industries

• Experience managing projects from the pre-order stage through delivery to the customer

• Experience working with R&D teams throughout development, prototype, qualification, and production-transfer processes

• Proven experience leading NPI processes and transferring products from development to production

• Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, and supply chain teams

• Strong experience in matrix management and leading multiple stakeholders without direct managerial authority

• Significant experience with project management systems and tools, including work-plan development, task management, milestone tracking, risk and resource management, and management reporting

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Willingness to travel in Israel and internationally as required
