LLM Engineer (AI)

An innovative AI & Sales Tech startup developing an advanced AI Sales Coach platform that analyzes sales calls and delivers actionable insights, real-time guidance, and post-call feedback for sales teams.

Backed by top-tier US venture capital firms, the company operates with a lean, high-caliber founding team of 15 professionals in Israel.

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining as a foundational engineer in a core AI squad, taking end-to-end ownership of building and deploying AI Agents and LLM systems in Production environments.
• Hands-on Python engineering on AWS: architecting scalable Agentic AI workflows, orchestration pipelines, memory management, tool usage, planning, and evaluation harnesses.
• Developing robust backend microservices (FastAPI), integrations, error handling mechanisms, and prompt pipelines for classification and summarization tasks.
• Driving system reliability, low-latency execution, and continuous performance evaluation of generative AI models.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering OR background in IDF elite technological units – Mandatory
• 3+ years of overall hands-on software development experience – Mandatory
• 1+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in AI / GenAI / LLM engineering – Mandatory
• Proven background working in fast-paced Startup environments – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Python and cloud-native backend frameworks (FastAPI, AWS) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents / Agentic Workflows (Tool Use, Orchestration, Memory, Prompt Engineering, Evaluation) – Significant Advantage
