Head of IT & Cyber Operations

We are looking for

Elbit Systems Aerospace Division in Haifa is looking for a Head of IT & Cyber Operations

This is your opportunity to lead the information systems, infrastructure, and cyber strategy of one of Elbit’s leading technological divisions, with direct impact on large-scale engineering, operational, and business activities. In this role, you will take part in driving technological innovation, developing advanced solutions, and supporting critical systems in a complex, multidisciplinary environment

In this role you will

Lead the division’s IT strategy and build annual and multi-year work plans aligned with business and engineering objectives

Lead AI and Data projects aimed at improving engineering, operational, and decision-making processes

Manage the division’s overall IT operations, including infrastructure, technical support, service centers, computing labs, and installations

Lead complex infrastructure and development projects in a multi-interface and multi-unit environment

Lead the support and implementation of core enterprise systems such as ERP and PLM

Manage classified work environments while ensuring system availability, cybersecurity, and maintenance across company networks

Work closely with senior management, project managers, end users, and corporate headquarters interfaces

Provide direct and matrix management to managers, technology teams, and support teams, including employee development and leadership

Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering with specialization in Information Systems, or another relevant field

M.Sc. in a relevant field - Advantage

At least 7 years of significant experience managing IT organizations or complex technology teams in large organizations

Experience in defense industries, multidisciplinary companies, or manufacturing high-tech environments - Advantage

Deep knowledge of network infrastructures, ERP systems, computing environments, end-user equipment, and cybersecurity

Experience leading complex technological projects and managing multiple interfaces

High level of English

Strong leadership capabilities, systems thinking, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills
