AI Engineer and Automation Developer

Role Description The AI Engineer and Automation Developer will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation workflows, including RPA, that support enterprise clients. The individual will build and integrate AI agents, develop automation pipelines, and connect data sources into reliable production systems.

Day-to-day activities include designing and developing AI agents, vibe coding solutions, RPA solutions, and engineering scalable software components that interface with existing corporate systems. The role also involves collaborating with product teams on platforms such as DataLens.

The position is intended for someone who is comfortable working closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust, automated AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Complex Automation Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end RPA and automation processes.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Management: Write technical specification documents, perform software testing, and conduct debugging and maintenance for production systems.
• AI Integration in Automation (Intelligent Automation): Implement Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and RAG capabilities within existing workflows.
• Complex Integrations: Work with APIs, connect core enterprise systems, and build efficient and secure data pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong, proven background in software development (B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent extensive practical experience).
• Proficiency in Software Development using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) and version control tools.
• UiPath: At least 3 years of proven experience in developing complex RPA processes. Including hands-on, proven experience with advanced design patterns, emphasizing REFramework. And full proficiency in UiPath Orchestrator, including Queue management, task scheduling, and Exception Handling logic.
• Power Automate: At least 2 years of experience in developing and building Flows.
• Practical knowledge and experience integrating and developing with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
• Practical experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Power Apps) and data engineering frameworks (e.g., dbt or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• Hands-on experience in developing AI Agents and familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Full proficiency in Python (with a focus on AI development environments).
• Familiarity with cloud environments, APIs, and microservices architectures, with an ability to build secure, scalable integrations.
• Experience working with AI libraries and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks and design automated solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical designs.
