Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from major public transit and light rail stations), operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Joining a high-caliber core Backend team (~5 developers), reporting directly to the Backend Team Lead.
• Taking ownership of end-to-end Backend architecture, designing and building distributed systems, and developing real-time data processing pipelines for a complex cloud-native SaaS product.
• Leading end-to-end feature delivery from initial architectural design to deployment in an AWS cloud environment.
• Hands-on development primarily in Go (Golang) with some Python, utilizing a modern microservices stack with AWS, ArgoCD, Postgres, and Redis.
• Solving complex engineering challenges in distributed systems, high-scale integrations, and AI workflow pipelines.

Requirements-

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Backend or Full-Stack software development – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), Python, or Node.js – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on development experience in Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory
• Solid production experience with Microservices architecture – Mandatory
• Experience with relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) – Ad
