An early-stage Medical AI startup is hiring a physician to work alongside the founders.
This is not a clinical advisory position; it requires hands-on building, product thinking, and coding to develop tech-medical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Directly influence product design, architecture, and tech-medical direction.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team.
- Independently scope, build, and test Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using Gen AI and coding agents.
- Validate solutions for clinical accuracy and operational feasibility.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD): Deep understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
- Hands-on Experience: Practical background in software development or technical product management (building in practice).
- Gen AI Mastery: Daily experience using Gen AI tools and coding agents.
- Independence: Proven ability to manage ambiguity and move fast in an early-stage startup.
- Advantage: Prior experience in startups or building HealthTech products.
