Premium Apartments Sales & service Manager

Azrieli Group’s income-generating real estate division is looking for a Sales Manager / Leasing Manager who will lead all leasing activities in income-generating real estate projects, with a strong customer experience and a high level of service.

• Identifying potential clients and handling leads.
• Leading the apartment leasing process from start to finish - from initial contact with the client, through presenting the apartment, negotiations, financial checks and approval by the credit department, and finally signing the lease agreement.
• Managing lease renewal processes and extending agreements with existing tenants.
• Managing tenant replacement processes, including coordination between the end of one lease period and the entry of new tenants.
• Maintaining continuous communication with tenants and addressing apartment related issues.
• Working closely with brokers, business partners, and internal and external marketing parties.
• Monitoring maintenance stations, tenant clubs, parking, entrances and monthly renewals.
• Managing and encouraging the renewal of existing lease agreements.
• Performing administrative tasks and managing information in the company’s systems.
• Mobility between company properties as needed.

• At least 3 years of experience in apartment sales or leasing - mandatory.
• Experience in a large real estate company - a significant advantage.
• Full control of Office applications - mandatory.
• Experience working with a BAMBY system - advantage.
• High-level English, both written and spoken.
• Commercial and legal understanding in the field of lease agreements.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel between company properties.

Location: Azrieli Town, Tel Aviv

Full-time position: Sunday - Thursday, 09:00–18:00
