Audio-visual Producer / Editor

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf”.

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.

Senior Non-Key Expert - Audio-visual Producer / Editor

Responsibilities

• Planning, producing and editing high-quality audio-visual content for communication campaigns and institutional outreach.
• Producing videos for social media, websites, events and other digital communication channels.
• Editing interviews, documentaries, promotional videos and short-form multimedia content.
• Coordinating filming, post-production and quality assurance processes.
• Developing motion graphics, subtitles and visual effects where required.
• Working closely with communication specialists, campaign managers and graphic designers to ensure coherent visual storytelling.
• Ensuring all audio-visual products comply with EU branding, accessibility and communication guidelines.
• Supporting the production of multimedia content for events, press activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

• Degree/professional training (or equivalent) in audio-visual production;
• Proficiency with professional editing software;
• Fluent English.

Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience

• 5 years' general experience in audio-visual production;
• 3 years' specific experience producing/editing professional-quality video.
