Manufacturing Engineer

Aran Research Development & Prototypes Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering support to production, lead process improvements, and collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the production floor.
• Design and develop fixtures, jigs, tooling, and assemblies.
• Lead process improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, and SOPs.
• Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering – required.
• Experience with fixtures, tooling, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of validation processes and medical device quality systems – advantage.
• SolidWorks experience – advantage.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
