Flight Operation

Description
The Flight Operations Officer / Operations Control Officer is responsible for flight coordination, and handling real-time changes and disruptions.
This is a full-time, shift-based position located at our headquarters in Petah Tikva, working closely with flight crews and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust flight schedules
- Coordinate with dispatchers, ATC, and crew
- Respond to operational disruptions and implement contingency plans
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Log operational events and perform post-flight analysis
- Prior experience in operations control / airline dispatch – advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays
