Cyber Security Engineer

Location: Multiple locations

Position type: Full-time, Hybrid

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will work alongside senior team members on

real security challenges across a variety of client environments from

deploying security solutions and monitoring threats to supporting incident

response and maintaining compliance posture.

In your day-to-day, you will:

·     Deploy, configure, and maintain security solutions: NGFW, WAF, SIEM, IPS/IDS, EDR

·     Monitor security events and escalate incidents — working with real alerts, not simulated ones

·     Support risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance reviews across client environments

·     Assist in defining and implementing security policies and technical controls

·     Participate in POC processes and solution evaluations alongside senior engineers

·     Write technical documentation including configuration guides and post-incident reports

·     Engage with clients on technical matters and present findings clearly

Qualifications

·     3+ years of hands-on cyber security experience

·     Working knowledge of security technologies: NGFW, WAF, SIEM, IPS/IDS, EDR, VPN

·     Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, Routing, VPN

·     Familiarity with Identity systems: Active Directory, LDAP, MFA

·     Analytical ability — able to read logs, alerts, and network traffic and identify patterns

·     Ability to write clear technical documentation in English \ Hebrew

·     Good interpersonal skills and comfort communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Significant Advantage:

·     Hands-on experience with: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Trend Micro, SentinelOne, Proofpoint, Forescout, ClearPass, Juniper

·     Familiarity with: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK

·     Experience with Penetration Testing or Vulnerability Assessments

·     Familiarity with SOAR / SIEM tuning and use case design

·     Experience in OT / ICS environments

·     Relevant professional certifications
