We're building an AI-native platform transforming enterprise fleet operations.

Backed by funding and already serving our first paying customers across Europe,

We're looking for our first engineering hire to work side-by-side with our CTO and build the company's core platform from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional backend engineer who loves building products from scratch, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and wants to play a key role in shaping both the product and the engineering culture.

As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to mentor engineers and help build a high-caliber engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Build the company's core platform from scratch alongside the CTO.
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.
• Develop AI-powered product capabilities.
• Use AI-first development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex and similar as part of your daily workflow.
• Own features end-to-end—from architecture and design through production.
• Drive technical decisions and engineering best practices.
• Help establish the engineering culture from day one.
• As the company grows, mentor engineers and help shape the future technical direction.

Must Have

• 7+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience.
• Expert-level Node.js.
• Excellent TypeScript skills.
• Strong AWS experience.
• Docker & Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and building production systems.
• Strong software architecture skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or similar.
• Strong product mindset.
• High ownership and execution.

Nice to Have

• React experience.
• Early Stage SU experience
• SaaS experience.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Experience working directly with founders.
• Previous engineering leadership or people management experience.
