Head of Software Development & Product (ERP)

An established, market-leading enterprise software company is looking for a Head of Development & Product to lead the evolution and future technology strategy of its flag-ship ERP system.

This unique leadership position combines hands-on technical management, product strategy, and business leadership, offering direct impact on the company's product vision and market growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead R&D: Manage an experienced software development team, establishing best practices, ensuring code quality, and driving technical excellence.
• Drive Product Vision: Define the long-term product roadmap, translate market and client needs into new features, and spearhead innovation.
• Client & Business Partnering: Work closely with key clients, understand high-level business requirements, and represent the product at key industry forums.
• Architectural Ownership: Set software architecture guidelines and drive modern technology adoption across the product lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For:

• Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Industry Experience: 8+ years in information systems development (ERP experience is a major plus).
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Angular (strong focus) and C#.
• Product & Strategy: Strong background or natural aptitude for Product Management and strategic thinking.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work directly with executive clients.
