Account-Based Marketing Manager, Financial Services

Okoora is looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager to own how we enter, engage, and win strategic banks, digital banks, neobanks, fintechs, and financial institutions worldwide.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role with meaningful ownership over a global market. You will build and operate our Financial Services ABM engine from the ground up and work closely with our Founder, Sales, BDR, and Marketing Operations teams.

What You Will Do

• Identify, segment, and prioritize the financial institutions that matter most
• Research their strategies, initiatives, leadership, and buying committees
• Build and execute creative 1:1 and 1 ABM programs
• Create account-specific campaigns, content, events, and executive engagement initiatives
• Help create access to senior banking and financial-services leaders
• Work as one commercial team with Sales and BDR
• Support active opportunities and help accelerate deals
• Turn account intelligence, signals, and marketing activity into qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue
• Use AI daily for research, personalization, campaign development, analysis, and execution
  
  

• Experience in ABM, strategic account marketing, Enterprise B2B marketing, field marketing, or a related role
• Experience working with Sales on complex Enterprise accounts and long sales cycles
• Strong commercial thinking and the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline
• A highly creative, curious, energetic, and hands-on approach
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Practical experience using AI tools as part of your daily work
• The ability to work independently without relying on a large team
