Technical Account Manager (TAM)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and take full ownership of technical customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Technical Ownership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for accounts, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to optimize performance and drive customer retention.
• Account & Project Management: Oversee customer accounts, align with internal cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services.
• Relationship Building: Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a high-paced, evolving environment, responding effectively to changing customer and market needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or in a similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Kubernetes – Must.
• Solid background in Networking.
• Hands-on experience with Docker (at least 1 year or completion of a dedicated course demonstrating core containerization knowledge).
• Familiarity with MongoDB and GitHub.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard hours to support international customers across different time zones.
