About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional, deeply strategic, and hands-on VP Product to lead product vision and execution through a major phase of global scale. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of a complex multi-product ecosystem, balancing a high-volume self-service funnel with sophisticated Enterprise capabilities.

This is a critical leadership role that requires a true "Player-Coach" mentality. Someone who can architect long-term strategy while remaining deeply connected to the technical details, user experience, and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning cutting-edge Generative AI and rich UI/UX workflows with market demands and long-term vision.

• Multi-Product Matrix: Oversee a sophisticated product ecosystem, seamlessly bridging the gap between high-velocity PLG motions (SMB/low-touch) and complex B2B Enterprise requirements (scaling ACV, long sales cycles, integrations).

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the internal cross-functional "matrix builder," working horizontally across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure flawless product launches and alignment.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and expand a talented team of Product Managers and Product Designers, fostering a culture of high performance and sharp critical thinking.

• Hands-on Execution: Maintain a low-ego, "get-things-done" approach. Dive deep into product discovery and design, utilizing modern AI tools and frameworks to prototype and experiment rapidly when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Leadership Experience: Extensive experience as a VP Product or a strong Director of Product within a fast-paced, hyper-growth B2B SaaS startup environment.

• The Hybrid Playbook: Deep, proven expertise in Enterprise B2B software ecosystems- PLG (Self-Service/SMB funnels) as a Plus.

• Domain Expertise: A solid background in Generative AI, Video technology, or rich, highly interactive UI/UX-driven software.

• Technical Roots: A strong technical foundation (e.g., BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, former software engineer, or technical founder) is highly preferred to effectively collaborate with deeply technical founders.

• Mindset & Execution: Extremely independent, sharp, and data-driven. Comfortable making rapid decisions, experimenting fast, and taking extreme ownership in a flat, fast-moving executive team.

• Global Capabilities: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of working effectively across cross-border GTM and R&D teams.
