We're a small team building the infrastructure behind the global travel experiences economy. We help global brands access, personalize, and monetize more than 1 million travel experiences through a single integration.

The Role

You run coding agents like Claude Code as a force multiplier and ship at a pace that used to take a whole team — but you learned to code before AI could do it for you, and that engineering foundation is what makes you faster, not reckless. We are not hiring vibe coders whose only real skill is prompting their way through code they couldn't have written or judged on their own.

You'll own our entire customer-facing Next.js stack — the consumer marketplace, the Marketplace Management System (MMS), and whatever we build next — working alongside our backend Django team. The marketplace is public, carries our partners' brand, and its design, speed, and discoverability move revenue directly, so this isn't a role for someone who has only built internal admin panels.

• Own the full Next.js application, client and server side: App Router, server components, server actions, API routes, caching, and rendering strategy
• Own the user experience across every surface — consumer marketplace, MMS, and reporting tools — with the marketplace held to the highest bar for design and speed
• Drive discoverability and conversion: technical SEO and GEO (getting our experiences to show up in AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude), plus conversion flows and personalization
• Own web performance: Core Web Vitals, load speed, and rendering
• Ship features end to end, from spec and architecture through deployment and monitoring
• Own the data layer behind the interfaces: complex SQL, query performance, and how the frontend reads from and writes to Postgres — sharing the core data model with the backend team
• Partner closely with Product, who own the spec, funnel, and conversion goals — you turn that into the live product and push back when the logic or architecture has a blind spot

• 3+ years of real, hands-on full stack Next.js in production, both client and server side
• A strong eye for UX/UI on customer-facing web — shipped public-facing sites for external users, not just internal CMS screens
• Strong technical SEO instincts and a clear view on where discoverability is heading with GEO and AI-driven search
• Real CRO and analytics instinct — you instrument your own events and funnels, watch where users drop off, and iterate until the numbers move
• Solid grasp of web performance, accessibility, and modern frontend architecture; you can own a feature end to end and make sound architecture calls
• Strong relational database skills on PostgreSQL or similar — complex SQL by hand: joins, aggregations, window functions, indexing, and query tuning (NoSQL-only backgrounds are not the fit here)
• A real engineering foundation under the AI — you can read, review, and overrule what an agent gives you, because you could have written it yourself
• Advanced, daily use of Claude Code as an orchestration tool: clear specs, project context and rules, multi-step agent workflows, and knowing when to take the keyboard back
• Python and Django familiarity (our backend stack)
• Real, shippable work to show us — GitHub and live links, not just a description of what you've built

• Azure, Docker, and CI/CD
• Internationalization and localization, including right-to-left layouts in Hebrew, for global multi-brand properties
• Design system and Figma fluency — comfortable turning a design into production code
• Experience in B2B2C, travel, fintech, loyalty, or e-commerce
