The company developed an innovative dynamic access platform and is now building next-generation Identity Security solutions tailored for AI agents, autonomous systems, and enterprise users.

Recently acquired by one of the world's premier cybersecurity corporations, the company operates as a key independent R&D site in Israel, combining fast-paced startup innovation with the scale and backing of a global enterprise. The Israeli center employs around 50 professionals.

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Joining an established backend squad, reporting to a Squad Lead, focusing on backend services using Kotlin (60%) and Go (40%).
• Architecting and scaling microservices, multi-tenant cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-grade identity engines.
• Leveraging modern AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development and problem-solving workflows.
• Tackling high-scale performance, low-latency execution, and zero-trust security challenges (with optional exposure to Frontend development in React).
• Working closely with cross-functional teams in Cloud Security, Infrastructure, and AI system integration.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering OR background in IDF elite technological units OR strong experience in Cyber / DevOps companies – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on backend development experience with Kotlin and/or Go (Golang) – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency with modern backend/cloud programming languages (Go, Python, Node.js, Kotlin, Java) – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience in Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory
• Practical experience working with Kubernetes and containerized microservices – Mandatory
• Experience with High Availability, Multi-Tenant architectures, and performance optimization – Advantage
• Knowledge of Identity Security (IAM / OAuth / OIDC / Zero Trust), Cloud Security, or Agentic AI architectures – Advantage
