Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time or part time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

This role is responsible for managing Malcam’s customer’s tracking tools, generating reports, and identifying trends to improve customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills.
• Experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is beneficial
