Full Stack Software Engineer (AI Automation)

The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with at least 2 years of professional development experience who thrives on complete project ownership. You will not just close tickets. You will own systems end-to-end, including architecting the backend, building the UI, setting up cloud infrastructure, handling production operations, and iterating based on real-world usage.

You will work across diverse projects, such as ad operations automation, messaging platform automation (Telegram/WhatsApp), and LLM translation engines.

What You’ll Do

• Own Systems End-to-End: Drive projects from technical scoping and architecture through implementation, deployment, and ongoing production operations.
• Build Full-Stack Applications: Develop robust Python backends (FastAPI, async PostgreSQL) and modern UIs (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
• Orchestrate & Evaluate AI Agents: Design, test, and evaluate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain across various LLM architectures (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to ensure performant, autonomous execution.
• Automate Browsers at Scale: Build stealthy, reliable browser automation pipelines (Playwright, Selenium) capable of operating smoothly in complex anti-bot environments.
• Build & Deploy on AWS: Utilize core AWS services including Lambda, EC2, SES, and S3 to build scalable, serverless, and cloud-native solutions.
• Integrate Complex External APIs: Connect with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing), messaging channels (Telegram MTProto, WhatsApp), tracking platforms, and cloud data warehouses.
• Ship & Operate with Git: Maintain clean version control practices, execute migrations, manage containerized deployments, and ensure production reliability.
• Debug Real-World Issues: Uncover and resolve edge cases across live, highly interconnected third-party integrations.

Core Tech Stack

You do not need to know every single tool on day one, but you should have strong fundamentals in modern web development, deep familiarity with AI, cloud infrastructure, and a drive to learn quickly.

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy (async), Pydantic, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery / Task Queues
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query / Table
• AI & Automation: LangGraph, LangChain, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), agent evaluation frameworks, Playwright, Selenium
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, EC2, SES, S3, boto3), Docker, GCP, Cloudflare Workers, PostgreSQL, Snowflake / Redshift
• Workflow & Tools: Git, conventional commits, migrations-first database updates, type checking, automated testing

Requirements

• At least 2+ Years of Software Development Experience: Proven hands-on track record building, shipping, and maintaining production applications.
• AWS & Cloud Infrastructure: Strong familiarity with essential AWS tools such as Lambda, EC2, SES, and S3.
• Git Proficiency: Proficient with Git workflows, code reviews, and structured commit patterns in high-velocity teams.
• AI & LLM Proficiency: Deep understanding of different LLM types and architectures, with practical experience building and evaluating AI agents in production.
• Proven Full-Stack Skills: Strong production experience with both Python backends and modern TypeScript/React frontends.
• An Ownership Mindset: You take pride in being the go-to owner for a product feature or system, from architectural design down to handling production edge cases.
• Strong Debugging Skills: Ability to trace and solve tricky issues across distributed systems and external APIs.
• Pragmatic Execution: You know how to balance moving fast and shipping scrappy MVPs with keeping the codebase clean, tested, and maintainable.
• Self-Directed: Comfortable taking ambiguous goals, breaking them down into actionable plans, and delivering results independently.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with web scraping, browser automation, or bypassing defensive web environments.
• Experience integrating with third-party ad platforms or messaging APIs.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, ad operations, or Gaming domains.

Domain Context

Note before applying: Our core focus includes performance marketing and Gaming operations. Much of our work involves large-scale, automated platform operations (multi-account workflows and human-like browser automation).
