Role Description The Operations Specialist will support day-to-day passenger and cargo GSA operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to airline clients. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, ticketing, and cargo handling activities, monitoring documentation, billing, and tracking processes, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and airline requirements. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and accounting teams to maintain accurate operational records, generate reports, and support performance targets. The Operations Specialist will also help optimize workflows, handle operational inquiries, and assist with ground handling and VIP services as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lod.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate operational performance, identify process improvements, and support data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, airline partners, and service providers in a clear and professional manner.
• Sales-related capabilities to support passenger and cargo sales activities, revenue optimization, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Operations management skills, including familiarity with logistics or aviation operations, workflow coordination, and service quality control.
• Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute operational initiatives and process enhancements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for handling documentation, billing, accounting support, tracking, and reporting.
• Proficiency with office software and operational systems; experience with aviation or logistics platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high service standards.
• Relevant education in business, logistics, aviation management, or a related field; prior experience in aviation, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew or other languages is an asset.
