Role Description

The Client Project Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing client-facing software and AI projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating project timelines, requirements, and deliverables, while serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and running client meetings, documenting project scopes, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that service delivery meets agreed expectations. The Client Project Manager will proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and align project activities with client goals, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships that support future collaboration and continued adoption of Gorin Systems’ AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to manage expectations and facilitate effective discussions.
• Experience with service delivery and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to support client success.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in a technology or software environment.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI, software development processes, or technical project lifecycles is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a client-facing project management or account management role is preferred.
