Influencer Manager

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf”.

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.

Senior Non-Key Expert - Influencer Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing influencer engagement strategies aligned with DG MENA's communication objectives.
• Identifying, assessing and managing relationships with influencers, digital creators and opinion leaders across relevant target audiences.
• Supporting the planning and execution of influencer campaigns promoting EU policies, initiatives and partnerships.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Coordinating influencer activities with broader communication and social media campaigns.
• Advising on audience engagement strategies and emerging digital communication trends.
• Supporting the development of campaign concepts, messaging and digital content.
• Liaising with communication teams, external partners and service providers to ensure effective campaign delivery.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing or digital media;
• Fluent English;
• French and/or Arabic an asset.

Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience

• 5 years' general experience in digital/social media communication;
• 3 years' specific experience in influencer relations and campaign management.
