Product Marketing Manager

Dolav is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM)-at our site in Kibbutz Dvir, to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive product success. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving innovation and positioning our products to deliver maximum value to the end user.

As a PMM, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy, enhancing market differentiation, and ensuring alignment between product development, sales, marketing and customer needs.

Reporting to: VP Business Development

Accountabilities

• Go-to-Market & Product Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring strong positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on market demands and business objectives.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, track trends, and analyze competitors to shape product strategy, drive demand generation, and identify growth opportunities.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, gathering feedback through customer visits and technical discussions to refine solutions.
• Product Development & Innovation: Create and prioritize product features that align with business goals and market needs, developing business cases to support new product investments.
• Process & Technology Integration: Establish standard processes for integrating new technologies into operations and propose solutions based on customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on business objectives and develop compelling sales materials, content, and industry insights.

Requirements

• Prior experience as PMM or Product Manager in a global company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (MBA is an advantage)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong technical orientation across multiple disciplines.
