What You'll Be Doing

• Define the strategic direction of the organization's AI initiatives and identify opportunities to maximize business impact through intelligent technologies.
• Oversee the development of AI-driven capabilities from early-stage exploration and proof of concept through implementation, deployment, and optimization.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance products, processes, and customer experience.
• Establish scalable development practices and operational standards that support the delivery of reliable, high-quality AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, translate business objectives into technical initiatives, and drive execution.
• Build processes that enable efficient experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Develop and nurture talent through coaching, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
• Promote a data-driven culture by ensuring teams have the tools, processes, and governance required to support successful AI programs.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and successfully drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape and the ability to apply innovative approaches to address business needs.
• Experience architecting scalable systems with an emphasis on quality, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
• A solid engineering foundation and appreciation for software development best practices.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic thinking with execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Passion for mentoring and developing teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is an advantage.
