OT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced OT Infrastructure Engineer to take responsibility for the computing infrastructure supporting the company’s production and operational environments.

The role combines traditional IT infrastructure expertise with Operational Technology (OT) environments and includes leading complex technology projects- from solution evaluation and architecture design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and maintain computing infrastructure for industrial and operational systems.
• Lead technology projects across manufacturing sites, including requirements analysis, vendor evaluation, architecture design, implementation, and deployment.
• Ensure the availability, resilience, security, and ongoing maintenance of OT systems.
• Work closely with local and international vendors to evaluate solutions and ensure compliance with IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure requirements.
• Install and maintain servers, virtualization environments, storage, backup, and networking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with plant managers, automation and control teams, process engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Create architecture documents, technical procedures, and organizational technology standards.
• Lead infrastructure processes and projects from initial planning through successful delivery

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or a similar role in an OT environment
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Server environments.
• Strong experience with VMware technologies.
• Experience with Storage and Backup solutions.
• In-depth understanding of networking, including VLANs, Firewalls, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience leading complex technology and infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• System-oriented thinking and the ability to lead end-to-end processes.
• High level of spoken English.
