Crypto & Payments Officer

iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for a highly professional and hands-on Crypto & Payments Officer to join our Payments team.

This role combines day-to-day crypto and payment operations with significant professional ownership. The specialist will serve as the organization’s primary subject matter expert for crypto operations and take responsibility for the company’s ongoing crypto-related activities.

The role includes managing wallets and transactions, monitoring balances and payment performance, resolving operational issues, and working closely with crypto exchanges, payment providers, internal teams, and external partners. It requires a high level of independence, accountability, and professional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor cryptocurrency transfers across relevant blockchain networks.
• Manage the company’s hot and cold wallets, balances, and transaction records.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for crypto-related operational matters.
• Responsible for managing ongoing relationships with crypto exchanges, payment providers, gateways, and global pay-in and pay-out partners.
• Monitor transaction activity, approval rates, payment performance, fees, and Crypto provider performance.
• Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, or rejected transactions.
• Provide professional guidance to internal teams and clients on crypto-related operational issues.
• Develop and improve crypto and payment workflows, procedures, controls, and reporting.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new providers, exchanges, and crypto services.
• Apply AML, KYC, and KYT procedures and support transaction monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Customer Support, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role involving online payments, cryptocurrency operations, digital assets, or payment provider management within the Fintech, Gaming, or High-Tech sectors - mandatory.
• Practical experience managing crypto wallets, executing cryptocurrency transactions, and working with crypto exchanges - mandatory.
• Understanding of major blockchain networks and transaction processes.
• Experience working with other payment providers, gateways, or other financial service providers – advantage
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Practical understanding of AML, KYC, KYT,
• Strong professional independence, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to serve as the organization’s primary expert in crypto operational matters.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
