System Engineer

Avionics Systems Engineer (B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering Required)

A leading defense company in Central Israel is seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer with a strong background in multi-disciplinary systems and a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering to lead design processes, system integration, and requirements implementation for complex airborne systems.

📋 Role Responsibilities:

• Implement and define end-to-end system requirements within a complex multi-disciplinary environment.
• Lead and execute system-level testing, integration, and Design Verification & Validation (V&V).
• Matrix-manage multi-disciplinary R&D teams (Hardware, Software, Mechanics).
• Work dynamically within a complex, fast-paced development environment.

🎯 Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer working on complex, multi-disciplinary systems.
• Integration & Testing: Proven hands-on experience in system integration and design verification testing.
• Leadership & Interface: Experience in matrix management and leading cross-functional development teams.
• Technical Background: Deep understanding of complex multi-disciplinary systems (background in Avionics / Airborne systems – significant advantage).
• Personal Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to thrive under pressure in a multi-tasking environment, and excellent teamwork capabilities.
• Availability: Willingness to work overtime as required by project milestones.
