Head of Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager to lead the company's quality function across residential construction projects. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving quality standards, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistent quality performance across all company projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the company's quality assurance and quality control methodology.

Conduct quality audits and site inspections across active construction projects.

Support Project Managers and site teams in improving quality performance and execution.

Lead and manage the Quality Department across multiple projects.

Work closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure company-wide quality standards.

Combine field-based activities with office-based management responsibilities.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a Practical Engineering degree in Civil/Construction Engineering – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Israeli construction standards and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

At least 5 years of experience in execution and/or quality assurance within high-rise residential construction projects – mandatory.

Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies in the construction industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor professional teams.
