What You'll Do

As a Product Manager, you'll own one of our core product domains from strategy to execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll identify opportunities, validate ideas, and deliver improvements that drive user growth, engagement, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain from discovery to delivery.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Gather, prioritize, and refine business and product requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear product initiatives.
• Lead product development throughout the full lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Media, Data Science, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization funnels.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and business KPIs to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
• Plan and manage product initiatives, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning in Jira.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in Gaming, Gambling, AdTech, MarTech, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing (B2C).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience improving user journeys and conversion funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Figma.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with desktop applications.
• Experience working on monetization or subscription-based products
