We're serial entrepreneurs building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. Small team, strong execution, no fluff.

We're looking for an exceptional Finance & Business Operations lead to build and own our finance function from the ground up. If you're obsessed with numbers, understand legal and compliance, are truly hands-on, think like a business partner, and love solving complex problems in a fast-growing startup, we'd love to talk.

You'll join at an exciting stage of growth, working closely with the founders across finance, operations, legal and compliance. We're looking for someone who sees finance as a strategic advantage, combines operational excellence with commercial thinking, and can help us make better, faster business decisions as we scale.

• Own Finance End-to-End: Manage external bookkeeping and accounting providers while overseeing financial reporting, cash flow, payroll and AP/AR.

• Planning & Business Performance: Own budgeting and forecasting, track performance and unit economics, and turn financial data into better business decisions.

• Business Operations: Solve operational challenges, improve efficiency and drive key business initiatives across the company.

• Tax & Compliance: Own Israeli and U.S. tax and financial compliance, working closely with external accountants, auditors and advisors.

• Legal & Regulatory: Work with external counsel and internal teams on business-driven compliance across commercial, marketing and privacy matters.



• Strong Business & Finance Foundation: 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory or consulting, ideally from a Big 4, leading consulting firm or fast-growing startup. CPA is a significant advantage.

• Business-Minded: Understand the business behind the numbers and think beyond traditional finance and accounting.

• Legal & Compliance Oriented: Comfortable navigating legal, tax and regulatory matters and working with external advisors.

• Operational & Hands-On: Enjoy getting into the details, solving problems and making things work better across the business.

• High Ownership & Potential: Proactive, ambitious and fast to learn, with the ability to independently take on complex and unfamiliar challenges.

• Excellent English: Fluent in spoken and written English.
