Matrix is looking for a passionate and driven Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Kfar Saba. This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers and clients, and recruit top technology talent across a variety of domains and industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
• Conduct candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and additional recruiting channels
• Perform HR and screening interviews
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions
• Manage recruitment for a wide range of technology positions, including Software Development, QA, DevOps, SAP, Data, Infrastructure, and more
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong teamwork skills and a broad business perspective
• Passion for recruitment and continuous professional development
