Business Operations Senior Manager

We're looking for a Business Operations Senior Manager who is a sharp strategic thinker and a strong business operator - commercially minded, execution-focused, and skilled at aligning stakeholders to drive results. You'll lead a high-performing team and own the domain responsible for the early freelancer journey on Fiverr - driving strategy and execution across Acquisition, Onboarding, Vetting, Quality & Trust to ensure freelancers are successfully activated and reach their first engagement on the platform.

What am I going to do?:

• Own the strategy and long-term plan for your domain, aligned to Fiverr's broader strategy, and translate it into clear execution plans.
• Lead and develop a team,building a collaborative, high-performing unit with strong ownership and accountability.
• Drive execution of cross-functional, highly strategic initiatives - working closely with multiple teams to align stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.
• Operate with independence: make decisions, manage trade-offs, and proactively flag what needs leadership visibility.
• Leverage data and AI tools to inform decisions, optimize processes, and deliver sharp, actionable reporting.
  
  

• 3+ years in a people-management role, having built and led a team.
• Background in management consulting and/or strategy roles in tech.
• Strong strategic thinking: proven ability to set a clear vision and long-term plan for a critical business function and turn it into execution.
• Strong operator mindset: outcome-driven, hands-on with execution, and comfortable owning results end-to-end.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, using analytics to shape strategy, optimize operations, and measure success.
• Strong stakeholder management: able to build trusted, strategic partnerships across business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• A strong team lead who is also a genuine team player - collaborative, low-ego, and effective operating both independently and as part of a broader leadership group.
