Project Integration & Service Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with strong systems thinking and the ability to drive processes from start to finish. This key role combines project integration across multiple departments with responsibility for coordinating the company's service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align activities between the Engineering, Planning, Marketing, and Operations departments.
• Support and monitor projects from the planning phase through execution and delivery.
• Manage and track purchase orders with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project timelines, tasks, and overall progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage and coordinate the service team's work schedules.
• Plan service calls, prepare work schedules, and assign tasks to field technicians.
• Track task completion and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or Practical Engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management - a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or cross-functional integration - an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of responsibility, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently.
