Overview

The Account Management team is seeking an experienced technical account manager focused on display solutions to drive revenue optimization and performance across Minute Media’s portfolio. This role will focus on both our key display publishers to optimize and maximize performance.

The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-oriented professional with experience in providing operational insights and actionable optimizations in the digital media landscape. This role will be responsible for managing accounts primarily in North America and will require the individual to have flexible working hours to accommodate the timezones where our publishers are located.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with leading SSPs and programmatic partners, with a focus on the demand side.
• Own day-to-day partner success — driving spend growth, monetization, and optimization across accounts and stakeholders.
• Support the publisher team with strategic testing and day-to-day optimizations.
• Analyze performance trends across spend, fill rate, bid rate, CPM, and traffic quality to identify monetization opportunities.
• Design, run, and analyze frequent A/B tests to optimize monetization, player settings, and ad configurations.
• Optimize video player settings — monetization, content distribution, and ad rules.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues: sample ad requests, discrepancies, delivery errors, margin loss, and traffic quality.
  
  

• 3+ years in AdTech / programmatic advertising (Account/Partner Management, revenue operations, or AdOps). Programmatic experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, identity, supply path optimization).
• Video / OVP experience is a strong plus - video monetization, ad delivery (VAST/VPAID), and player settings.
• Technical and analytical, able to interpret large-scale performance data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, comfortable inspecting sample ad requests, digging into data, and resolving delivery/integration issues.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Analytics, Looker, and CRM tools.
• High level of English written and verbal is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field advantage.
