About The Role

We're growing the Slice Business Operations team and looking for highly motivated, organized people who want to work hard, learn fast, and take real ownership from day one. You'll start by owning tasks — and quickly grow into owning entire processes end to end, working in an organized way with multiple stakeholders across the company.

The role is hands-on operational and back-office work with a strong technical angle:

• Technical operations — QA, troubleshooting, and supporting critical operational processes across multiple tools and interfaces, from our platform to Excel.
• AI-powered workflows — operate and scale our in-house AI tools to support customer onboarding and other operational workflows, improving speed and output quality.
• Data & legal documents — review, extract, clean, standardize, and validate data to ensure high-quality inputs into our platform.
• Cross-team collaboration — support customers and the Customer Success team by resolving data and system issues, improving workflows, and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.
