Responsibilities
- Managing project design processes and the various project phases
- Managing a team of designers and consultants
- Working directly with the client/owner
- Managing project schedules and timelines
- Managing and coordinating consultants and all relevant stakeholders according to project phases
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering – mandatory
- 4–6 years of experience working in architecture or structural engineering firms – mandatory
- Construction execution experience – an advantage
- Experience managing design teams
- Proactive approach and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead and manage client relationships
- The position is based at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak
