LEAD BIM COORDINATION

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership for the MEP/BIM Coordination team on complex construction and infrastructure projects
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators, ensuring high-quality coordination deliverables
• Lead and participate in coordination meetings with consultants, architects, contractors, and project managers
• Work with federated (coordination) BIM models to ensure seamless multidisciplinary integration
• Identify, analyze, and manage clashes between electro-mechanical systems, structural elements, and architectural components
• Develop and present design alternatives and coordination solutions in accordance with client requirements
• Collaborate closely with design and construction teams while maintaining the highest professional standards and meeting project schedules
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a Practical Engineering diploma in Building Engineering or Architecture – Required
• Proven experience in systems design and/or BIM modeling – Required
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary systems coordination on complex projects – Required
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit – Significant advantage
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes – Required
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a professional team – Advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive mindset, accountability, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  
  

• The position is based at our headquarters in Bnei Brak, conveniently located approximately a 7-minute walk from Ben Gurion Light Rail Station.
