VP of Sales | Leading Insurance Agency | Rosh HaAyin

A leading insurance agency undergoing significant growth is seeking an accomplished VP of Sales to lead its sales organization and support the company’s continued business expansion.

This is a senior executive role with broad responsibility for sales strategy, team leadership, performance management, and the development of scalable sales processes.

The position includes:

• Leading supervisors, sales team leaders, and pension insurance agents

• Driving revenue growth and achievement of sales targets

• Developing, coaching, and strengthening sales leadership capabilities

• Building and implementing effective sales methodologies and processes

• Monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance, and improving business results

• Partnering closely with senior management on strategic business initiatives

Required experience:

• Proven management experience in the insurance industry

• Significant experience leading sales teams and driving commercial performance

• Experience in health insurance and pension products — an advantage

• Pension marketing license — an advantage

• Strong leadership, business judgment, and executive communication skills
