Location: Petah Tikva, Israel

We're looking for an experienced Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the company's continued global growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, regulatory authorities, and banking partners.
• Oversee accounting operations and payroll controls.
• Prepare tax, VAT, and regulatory reports.
• Build financial models, perform business analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization in Israel and internationally.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller, preferably in a high-tech or industrial company.
• Experience working with a Big Four accounting firm or a leading global consulting firm (such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and Israeli accounting standards.
• Proven experience building financial models with strong business and commercial acumen.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and communicating financial insights to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.
• Experience with ERP systems; Priority is an advantage.
• Excellent English and Hebrew, with working knowledge of Russian.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• A proactive mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills.
