DevOps Lead (Hands-on)

An innovative, fast-growing technology startup is looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to take end-to-end ownership of its cloud infrastructure and production environments.

This is a key hands-on leadership role, combining architecture, technical leadership, and execution. You'll play a central role in shaping the company's DevOps strategy, infrastructure, deployment processes, and production reliability while working closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure domain end-to-end
• Design and evolve scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architecture
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation
• Own Kubernetes-based production environments, monitoring, logging, and observability
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and DevOps best practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve platform reliability
• Collaborate with engineering teams and participate in technical discussions with customers

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Proven experience designing and operating production cloud environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong ownership mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives independently
• Excellent English communication skills
