About The Opportunity

🎯 We are looking for an energetic, service-oriented, and hands-on Facilities & Operations Manager to join our Operations team and lead the day-to-day operational activities across multiple ROOMS locations in the Sharon area.

This is a dynamic field-based role that combines operations, facilities, logistics, supplier management, and real-time problem-solving. If you're someone who enjoys getting things done, working with people, taking ownership, and rolling up your sleeves when needed – we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

🔧 Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple ROOMS locations in the Sharon area.

🏢 Ensure high operational, maintenance, and service standards across all assigned locations.

🛠 Manage maintenance requests, resolve operational issues, and follow up on tasks through completion.

📞 Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.

📦 Oversee procurement, inventory, operational equipment, and logistics across multiple locations.

🚚 Provide hands-on operational support, including receiving deliveries, moving equipment, organizing workspaces, and preparing spaces as needed.

🤝 Work closely with Site Managers and HQ teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding member experience.

💡 Identify operational needs, prioritize tasks, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in an operations role – mandatory.

✔️ Experience in coworking spaces, property management, facilities, hospitality, or a similar operational environment – a significant advantage.

✔️ Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.

✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service mindset.

✔️ Hands-on approach and willingness to combine office work with physical field work.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.

✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

✔️ Proactive, responsible, and able to lead tasks from initiation through completion.

✔️ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between ROOMS locations in the Sharon area – mandatory.

✔️ Residency in the Sharon area – an advantage.
