What To Expect
As an Virtual Sales Advisor you are the front line of ownership experience at Tesla, serving as an ambassador who ensures customers maintain a seamless and evolving relationship with Tesla, helping them to make the decision for their next Tesla.

As their dedicated Advisor, you will be responsible for collecting and actioning feedback from their experience so far, adapting to their changing needs and relaying accurate and appropriate financial information to customers with regards to their contract end. You will advocate for the Tesla ecosystem through proactive knowledge sharing and loyalty-building, all in the pursuit of building a world of amazing abundance.

You should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to create and maintain exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do

Liaise with relevant finance providers to provide accurate contract information to our customers to help them plan for their next vehicle.

Collaborate with store teams to facilitate test drives to help our customers experience our newest products.

Utilise existing customer relationship management tools to track and manage customers in the pipeline.

Partner with stakeholders to find innovative ways to develop existing processes.

Use a consultative approach to influence customer purchase.

Escalate matters that require management attention in a timely manner.

Provide effective feedback to direct and indirect colleagues to ensure that systems and processes support the customer journey. General Duties

Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales needs across the team.
Ensure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems.
Execute on and share best practices across Tesla locations.
Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements.
Ability to prioritise effectively and handle shifting priorities.

What You'll Bring

At least 2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong relationship building and management skills.

Positive and energetic, excellent listening and communication skills.

Showcases an ability to take initiative and be proactive.

Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team.

Resilience and adaptability to an ever-changing work environment.

Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve a common goal.

Proficient with standard productivity tools (Outlook, MS Office, Chrome, Teams).

Must have a valid driver’s license for minimum of 2 years.

Communication Skills: You communicate confidently in both Hebrew and English.
