GTM Strategy & Execution Specialist

We are looking for a GTM Execution Specialist to drive strategic initiatives across the GTM organization by leading execution, improving business processes, and tracking performance against key business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with excellent program management skills to ensure initiatives are executed effectively, progress is measured through data and KPIs, and business priorities are translated into scalable operational improvements. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Business Analytics, and Enablement to drive execution and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic GTM initiatives end-to-end, from execution through adoption and executive visibility.
• Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to measure business performance and initiative progress.
• Analyze GTM business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions through automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate updates into executive presentations, business reviews, and leadership materials
• Support enablement processes to drive the successful rollout and adoption of strategic GTM initiatives.
• Support the Office of the CRO by driving governance and visibility across key strategic priorities.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience defining and tracking business KPIs and building dashboards (Power BI preferred).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of GTM business processes and process optimization.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
